I started TrustedHire because, after 15+ years and five agency environments, I knew exactly what worked and what didn't. The boutique firms got the relationships right but couldn't scale. The big shops scaled but treated every search like a transaction. Neither was what small and mid-sized organizations actually needed.

After 15+ years across five agency environments, I saw every version of how recruiting can go wrong. Firms that chased volume over quality. Recruiters who disappeared after the placement. I built TrustedHire to fix that. We work with a small number of clients at a time so we can do the work right. We go deep into your culture, your team dynamics, and what success actually looks like for this role, not just what the job description says.
